Our craftsman are experienced in all areas of tile and stone installation, including mud jobs, custom stone and glass installations, installation of PVC shower pans, and any removal and preparation work that may be needed. We are also experienced in the installation of Chesney Stone Mantles. We work closely with numerous area tile showrooms as well as stone fabricators. Installations Plus can install tile in any area of your home, including kitchen floors, backsplashes, bathroom walls, ceilings, floors, sunrooms, wine cellars, steam rooms, curbless showers, family rooms and basements. Jon Moss, the principal owner, has been in the tile installation business for close to 35 years. Combined with his partner Bill Daniels, they have over 50 years’ experience installing tile. Our company works closely with home owners and contractors in Eastern Massachusetts as well as Cape Cod, North and South Shore, Rhode Island and other areas in New England. We are also members of National Association of Remodeling Industry (NARI), Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Builders Association of Greater Boston (BAGB).

This Monday, Dan, Adam, Debbie, and Bill joined Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston for their 2026 Annual Golf Outing at Pinehills Golf Club in Plymouth, MA.

Events like these are where industry relationships deepen, and we’re proud to show up for them.

This month, our Project Manager Matt Blood attended a Schluter Systems Commercial Products & Installation Demonstration at Topgolf in Canton.

The session covered waterproofing and moisture management for commercial tiled spaces (our favorite!), with a live shower demo led by Schluter's New England team - exactly the kind of hands-on education that sharpens how we work in the field.

And because Schluter knows how to close out an evening, the night wrapped up with golf, food, and drinks. Not a bad way to spend a Tuesday. 🏌⛳

Thanks to Schluter-Systems North America for a great event - we always leave better for it. 🤝

This week, we got an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at what high-performance retrofitting actually looks like in the field.

TopNotch Builders opened the doors on their Net Zero chainsaw retrofit - a deep energy project applying Passive House principles to an existing home.

Onsite, we saw Timberhp wood fiber insulation, SIGA North America and VaproShield for the control layer, and high-performance mechanical systems working in concert to deliver airtightness, durability, and long-term comfort.

This is the kind of work that raises the bar for what a retrofit can be.

The trade community showed up - distributors, architects, builders, and energy professionals all walking the same project and asking the same hard questions.

We were glad to be part of that conversation. Thanks Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston for hosting!

Last week, members of our estimating and project management team attended NEFM 2026 - NRF Distributors' annual New England Flooring Market, held at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, CT. 📍

Over 250 dealers came together for a nine-hour event packed with new product showcases, supplier conversations, and educational sessions.

The kind of day that reminds you why staying connected to your industry matters.

We saw the latest hardwood, LVT, tile, carpet, and material innovations - diversifying the products and value we'll be bringing to our clients' projects this season. 💪
