The biggest deck we have ever done is complete. It was a fun one to do, great people and the view of the water didn’t hurt either. I will say some of the questions people asked during the process were comical. We didn’t even have the deck done yet and they walked 150 high schoolers across the deck to find a location for prom photos. I can’t wait for the electrician to finish wiring up the lights so I can see it all light up. Thank you to Finish works for helping dig the footings. Thank you Westerly Yacht club for trusting Green’s Home Improvements with this deck transformation project. I’m glad everyone likes it and hope you all can enjoy it for many many years.

Green’s Home improvements wants to wish all the mothers an early Happy Mother’s Day. Today we sponsored our boys U12 Westerly soccer team with New Jerseys for the Mother’s Day weekend love. We went a week early because some of the boys won’t make the game next weekend. The GHI bulldog boys had a great game with a 7-0 shut out in our favor tonight

First off with a sunrise like that how can you not have a wonderful day! This is TimberTech boardwalk decking. The picture frame boards will be TimberTech Castle Gate decking. We put a good dent in it today. It was a slow start as the building is fairly wavy down the wall so to get it straightened out took some work.

Well 278 mid span and over beam bracing blocks later and we are finally done framing. Conner kicked ass installing the deck joist coating he did almost the entire deck coating solo. I helped with a good section and then Cayden helped finish off the last few bays. We are officially ready to start decking tomorrow.
