Most people see unfinished space above a garage and think..."storage."

We see opportunity.

This project starts with an unfinished area above a 3-car garage and transforms it into a private entertainment loft featuring a custom bar, pool table, lounge area, natural light from new skylights, and a future deck with exterior access.

The best part? None of this exists yet.

These renderings help our clients visualize what's possible before construction ever begins. Soon, this forgotten space will become one of the most-used rooms in the house.

From concept to completion, we can't wait to share the journey.

🏡 From the big picture to the little details… this is where the vision starts coming to life.

Remember our Burrillville project? We’ve been sharing some of the work going into creating a backyard oasis, and today we’re giving you a look inside with this 3D rendering of the planned interior. 👀

The fireplace, custom stonework, expansive windows, and natural light all come together to create a space that feels warm, open, and connected to the surrounding property.

One of the best parts of a project like this is being able to see the vision before the work is even finished. Every detail plays a part in bringing the homeowners’ ideas to life, and this rendering gives us a glimpse of what’s ahead.

Between the home addition and the outdoor living features we’ve shared, this project is coming together as something truly special.

This is what Design-Build is all about — bringing the ideas, planning, and craftsmanship together to create something that fits the homeowner’s vision. 🔨

Okay, we know we’ve shown this one before. We can’t help it. 😍

Every so often a project comes along that we just keep coming back to, and this Downtown Westerly studio is one of them.

Exposed beams. Original brick. Big windows flooding the space with light. Then the fresh stuff layered in: white shaker cabinets, quartz counters, wide-plank floors, and a kitchen island that makes the whole open layout work. Old bones, modern finish.

We’ve looked at these photos more times than we’d like to admit, and we’re still not over it. Consider this your sign that we’ll keep posting it until you ask us to stop. 😅

It’s Always a Good Day When the Lumber Shows Up. 🏗️

There are a few sure signs that a new Sentry Point project is officially getting underway.

Lumber delivered? Check.
Porta potty on site? Check. 😂
Time to get to work? Absolutely.

This one is a little different.

What you see here is a 4-bay garage with a wide-open space above it. Over the coming weeks, we're going to turn that upper level into a completely new livable space — including a brand-new set of stairs along the side of the building to make it all accessible.

And that's just the beginning.

We're adding a bar area, a custom pool table setup, a custom cue stick rack, and plenty of room to turn this into a space that's actually meant to be enjoyed.

Right now, it's just a pile of lumber sitting in the yard.

Pretty soon, it's going to be something completely different.

This is where the Sentry Point magic happens.

We can't wait to show you how this one comes together. Stay tuned. 👀

Remember that Burrillville project we’ve been working on? This one is turning into something pretty special. 👀

We’re taking this property and creating a true backyard oasis — with a home addition, outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, custom-built shed, fire pit area, and plenty more.

Today, we’re taking a closer look at one of the coolest pieces of the project: this custom-built pavilion.

Built from the ground up specifically for this property, the pavilion will become a centerpiece of the outdoor living space and give the homeowners a dedicated place to relax, entertain, and enjoy the backyard.

And this is still just one piece of the puzzle. There’s a lot more coming together on this project, and we’ll keep showing you the progress as it takes shape.

This is exactly the kind of dream project we love getting the opportunity to build. 🔨🏡

Yes, it’s a holiday. Yes, we’re open. And yes, we know what day it is! 😂
