A woo thing I do every day at the studio is to burn sage or cedar for at least a few minutes to set intentions and clear the energy in my space. It’s a little ritual that sets me up for a productive studio session and makes my practice feel intentional.

What’s a ritual you do before or after work to set the mood for what’s next?

As an artist, I create abstract art that has peaceful, grounded energy (because don’t we all need that in our lives?). My little ADHD brain is so cute, isn’t it?

A recent ADHD diagnosis threw me for a little bit of a loop, but honestly it’s been more of a relief than anything—now I can treat myself more kindly when I can’t manage it all and I can learn how my brain works best so I can work with it instead of against it.

Any other late-diagnosed ADHDers have tips for me? Or we can just be friends and tell each other endless stories 😂💁🏻‍♀️
