For Ryan, this isn't a new chapter — it's a bit of a homecoming.

He started his career at Safex right out of college, learning from mentors like Dianne and Bill Adams, before spending nine years at Battelle Memorial Institute leading health and safety for their business units.

When Dianne reached out about him coming back to help lead Safex, it didn't take much convincing.

Now, as President, his focus is simple: give the next generation of OEHS professionals the same opportunity Dianne once gave him.
