🔨 NICKELL'S CONSTRUCTION IS HIRING — LOCAL GUYS FIRST 🔨
We're adding 5 to the crew. Laborers up to lead men. We've got our crew leaders — now we need the hands.
$20/hr — General labor. You've got about a year under your belt. You know a little carpentry, masonry, drywall, siding. You can climb a ladder and you're not scared of heights. You can swing a shovel, run a speed square, and 👉 read a tape measure (yeah, that one's a dealbreaker). Driver's license is a plus.
$25/hr — The 5-year guy. You can cut, measure, frame walls, set scaffolding, hang siding and drywall. You can keep up with the crew we've already got at $25 — because they're good, and you'll need to be too.
And hey — if you're worth more than that? We'll pay you for it. Just ask around town about us. 💪
Here's the deal:
✅ 4-day weeks — 10-hour days, Mon–Thurs
✅ Rained out? Friday's the makeup day
✅ We provide rides to work and back 🚐
✅ Bring your nail bag, boots, pants, a t-shirt — we've got the rest
