I, Rich Linak, the co-owner of RtL Roofing, have partnered up with my Lord and Savior. Its really His company. I come from a long roofing and sheet metal background. I started working on a roof when I was 19, and now lets just say I am somewhere in my 30's. I have worked in several roofing companies where the environments lacked core values such as honesty, integrity, accountability and responsibi

lity. I felt the call from the Lord to be the change in a market that tends to get a bad reputation. My ideal client is someone who places value in the same values that I hold onto.
