We're hiring landscapers for 2026, and winter maintenance positions for the 2026-2027 season.
Looking to hire self-motivated landscapers and winter maintenance employees to join our growing company. Only serious inquiries who are willing to learn and who take pride in their work.
Landscaping positions 40-50 hours per week. Some Saturdays required.
Landscape Requirements:
* Minimum of 1-2 years experience
* Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
* Experience with residential and commercial landscaping.
* Ability to drive small dump truck with large trailer.
* Experience using zero turn mowers, hydrostatic mowers, string line trimmers.
* Experience pruning and trimming shrubs
* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push full wheelbarrows.
Winter Maintenance Help Needed:
I am looking for shovelers and plow drivers with a clean driving record and active driver's license who can be on call 24/7, including holidays.
I need drivers with several years of experience in residential driveways and commercial parking lots. Also looking for someone to run a small loader and with equipment knowledge. Experienced plow drivers only. If you know how to plow, please call me. All of my equipment is in good shape. Pay will be based on your experience and knowledge. I am trying to hire drivers who live closer to the Westford area for reasonable time response.
