👋 Meet Kimberly, our designer extraordinaire who has been with Showcase for 8+ years. Born and raised in Ventura County, Kimberly grew up assisting with her mother's landscape and pool business before earning her BFA in Interior Design from the Savannah College of Art & Design where she graduated Summa Cum Laude as Valedictorian of her class. After a brief time working on commercial projects in restaurant, retail and education design, she began her solo career as a residential interior designer.
Her innate talent is to blend different looks from modern and antiques into beautiful results that are personal to each client and over the years she has applied this to every aspect of the home from full home remodels, kitchens, baths, outdoor living spaces to interior design, furniture and styling. Inspired by God’s beauty in everything from art to nature, Kimberly's philosophy is that "Great design starts with an intentional approach to a space, then layering fine craftsmanship to make sure your home is beautiful and personal as well as livable.”
Besides helping clients to live beautifully, she can be found with her husband James and their two teens who are all active volunteers in their church, enjoy museum hopping, a day at the beach or hiking in the mountains.
