TopCut - Residential Lawn Mowing

TopCut is currently seeking highly motivated career minded individuals for our lawn care and landscape team.

Duties consist mostly of lawn mowing, trimming, edging, applying fertilizers and seed, w**d spraying and other general lawn care related duties.

In the winter months we perform additional services like Christmas light installation and snow removal. Ability to work on roofs is a must.

TopCut is seeking enthusiastic, career minded, team players to join our established and growing company. We have an exceptional group of management & crew members and we are seeking like-minded, driven Team members that are looking to grow with our Company.

Pay Rate: Starting at $18-22 to start.

Requirements & Duties:

Greeting customers/Bidding jobs

Managing equipment and supply inventory

Quality control/customer satisfaction

If you fit the following criteria please apply:

Verifiable Lawn Care Experience (all phases)

Must be 21 years of age to apply

Valid drivers license w/acceptable MVR

A thorough knowledge of proper equipment utilization and operation

A thorough knowledge of working within budgets and meeting deadlines

Ability to operate large air compressor

Ability to supervise and direct people

Ability to complete all company paperwork for yourself and others within time frames requested.

We are looking for an experienced lawn care and sprinkler technician for a local and growing lawn care company. Our hope is this lawn care professional will help us grow our already thriving business and take it to the next level. We believe we can TRIPLE our capacity and service 3x more lawns in the North metro area this season with the right people.

If you are a seasoned pro and have "SEEN IT ALL" we want to talk to YOU!

This is a year round position with little to no down time in the winter months.

Experience as a lawn care professional and valid drivers license with clean MVR is required.

- Pay DOE 17-22 hr
- Annual bonuses and performance incentives.
- Benefits coming soon (to include health insurance & PTO)

General Duties include but are not limited to the following;

- Driving pre mapped routes daily
- Managing up to 5 employees at a time
- Operate basic lawn care/landscaping equipment regularly (mower, w**d whacker, blower, aerator, power rake, chain saw, hedge trimmer)
- Interact with ownership AND customers daily
- Availability to work 5+ days per week when needed
- Programing sprinkler systems
- Replacing sprinkler systems/parts
- Performing blowouts
- Maintaining lush lawns
- Maintain an equipment maintenance schedule
- Overseeing interviewing, hiring and onboarding for multiple crews
- Other general duties as needed

We will be hanging Christmas lights starting end of October. Lights come down through the end of January. In between we will be doing snow removal as well.
