DCBF Corporation DCBF is an Underground Utility installation company located in Westminster, Md. DCBF has been in the underground utility installation business since 1984.

We specialize in directional drilling which allows us to bore up to 500' under parking lots, driveways, and fields without having to trench or disturb the surface. We operate out of Carroll county with service to surrounding counties. We work closely with plumbers, electricians, farm owners, and homeowners to install conduits, water lines, electric lines, coax, fiber optics, and horse waters in t

he ground with minimal disturbance to the surrounding area. DCBF specializes in directional boring which allows to bore under parking lots, driveways, roads and fields for up to 500' with having to dig trenches or holes.
