McCarty and Company Construction is looking for finish grade operator's and Forman for earth work operations such as overlot grading, flatwork prep, excavation.

Operators must have the ability to finish grade with one or all of the fallowing equipment; Blade, Dozer, Loader, Excavator and a Skid. GPS / Trimble experience.

Compensation is based on ability and experience.
Wage range from $30.- 45. Per hour and a full benefit package, PTO.

2022 Ford F350 4Door long beds with New custom built head ache racks, strobes on all four corners and the big one on top. 2500 app power inverters, fuel tanks , air compresses rear facing working lights, clear bra, tinted windows, Rino lined the bed. Rino running boards, All of our safety equipment, spill kits , first aid kits and much more. One down two more to go...
