The next step is to remove the bad soil and get down to a good base and build back up with new gravel.

This was a trench for a new water line and electric line to be installed for a new pole barn.

Follow-up pictures of the building pad.
After the home is completed we will go back and put the new septic system in and do finish grade work.

This was a sewer line repair and replace job from a few weeks ago..
The old existing line was clay tile and was cracking and allowing tree roots to get in and restrict water flow. We replaced the old clay tile with pvc from the house to the city’s sewer main line.
We also replaced a section of the water service line that was damaged.

Small driveway refresh. This drive had standing water with deep puddles. A quick regrade and a some new material on top made another customer happy.
