Here's a recent commercial swap for Supreme Fitness in Brattleboro, VT. We removed two 15t York units that were 42 years old and barely functional. One made hear still, one made AC still. With the skills of Wilcox Crane Service, LLC, Jake, we placed two new 15t Rheem multi stage systems with Siemens Climatix controls for balancing, fresh air exchange, and air speeds. New ducts were fabricated by hand using 22 gauge coated,sealed aluminum 4×10 sheets. We then covered the ducts in aluminum backed 2" foam sheathing and sealed with aluminum flashing tape. Systems programmed for the space and put into operation. The gym members were much happier to have AC and dry air again.
