We were referred to Cooling Dynamics by a friend when it came time to replace our 21-year-old standalone HVAC unit, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before moving forward, we checked their online reviews, which were outstanding—and now we completely understand why.

From the beginning, the Cooling Dynamics team was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They took the time to evaluate our needs and made specific recommendations that gave us complete confidence in our decision.

We were going to be away for two weeks and asked if the installation could be scheduled shortly after our return. They accommodated our schedule perfectly. On installation day, the team arrived promptly at 8:00 AM, and by 11:00 AM the entire installation was complete. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally.

We also wanted a Wi-Fi-enabled system so we could monitor and control it remotely. They made sure the unit was connected to our Wi-Fi and that everything was working properly before they left.

We received bids from 4 other providers. Cooling was not the lowest bid they were significantly less costly than the most expensive.

From the initial consultation through installation, Cooling Dynamics exceeded our expectations. Knowledgeable, punctual, efficient, accommodating, and professional from start to finish. We highly recommend Cooling Dynamics and would absolutely use them again!
