We are looking for an experienced crew lead on Erosion & Sediment Control / Fencing Projects.
Requirements:
3 Years Oil & Gas
3 Years E&S (Silt Sock / Silt Fence / Seeding / Etc)
3 Years Fencing (Chainlink / Agriculture)
OSHA 10 / Safeland
Clean Driving Record (We check)
Clean Background (We do check)
Drug Free (We do test & randomly)
Self Motivated
Responsible (A Must)
Clean & Organized (A Must)
Ability to think ahead
Understand Project Plans & Awareness
Lead a crew daily
Complete daily reports
Conduct daily safety talks
Meet and coordinate with site supervisors
Be dependable & available to work extended hours/ weekends/holidays/etc.
Maintain crew morale

Preferably:
Operate basic equipment (skidsteer/mini excavator/UTV)
Pull trailers frequently
Experience with Ipads / Project Plans / Estimating time frames and materials needed.
Someone local to the Lewis County WV area or nearby
Someone available to work 40 hours + per week
Snow plowing experience for winter operations
Farm fencing designs and layout for new projects

Central WV & Surrounding States

Pay Range:
Depends on experience.

Hiring Full Time or Temporary Work

This is NOT for flood work directed at homeowners or businesses that have suffered loss due to area flooding.

We are hiring laborers and flaggers in Central, WV. Pay is based on experience and will be discussed over the phone or in person interview. You must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Previous Oil & Gas experience preferred. OSHA 10 or Safeland also a plus.

Must be able to work weekends, holidays, nights, days, out of town if required.

Also if your job has temporarily been effected by the flooding in Lewis or Upsher Counties, we encourage you to apply as part time. This will allow you to earn an income while waiting for your full time employer to resume work. We will not hire you on full time if your employer has been effected by the flood. Once they are ready for you to resume employment you will be encouraged to resume for them. We believe strongly in working together with other local businesses.

You must be willing to work and have a strong work ethic, be reliable and respectful. Must have reliable transportation unless you lost this due to flood, we can make accommodations if necessary.

We are seeking candidates for multiple positions (laborer/roustabout) in the Weston WV area. Hours vary with positions offering 70-80hrs per week. Day shift & night shift openings.

We also have positions available with some travel required, seeking laborers & light equipment operators ( mini excavator, skidsteer)
