We spent some time in Port Matilda recently helping a customer check off their home improvement list. We started with removing an old sidewalk, digging, forming, pouring, and stamping a new one. We then leveled an area for a fire pit, dug and poured a slab for a hot tub, leveled an area for parking their camper, added a raised garden, and leveled an area for a pool in the future!

This project started with the demo of an existing porch and then digging footers for their new addition. Pictures were few and far between on this one! French drains were added, downspouts were buried and ran away from the house, and the yard was leveled out with all of the remaining dirt. Only thing left to do is finish off with topsoil once the homeowner is ready! 2026 is off to a busy start!
