Cleaned up debris on entire property. Removed weeds from all retaining boxes, flowerbeds and woodland gardens. Installed 15yds. of premium triple shredded hardwood mulch at same. *Color difference in mulch due to the fact that the darker in color is still wet, once completely dry it will blend with the rest.

WOW! Check put these before and afters, hard to believe that's the same area! First we cut down/ hauled away all ornamental grasses. Removed any weeds from this area and the 2 additional perinnial beds we did as well. Next we lifted and removed all stepping stones. Finally we installed 3yds of premium triple shredded hardwood mulch at all 3 areas, replaced steppig stones.

Client not happy with the constant parking of vehicles, such as UPS, Fed Ex, etc. on the small grassed common area in the front. They would resoil and seed only for drop off drivers to tear up again. They wanted the most cost effective solution without doing a straight run of concrete. We uprooted and removed all existing grass; while doing so also being sure to have cut down a total of 4". next installed landscaping fabric over cleared areas and secured down with 6" sod/ landscaping staples. Finally we installed 3yds. of 3/4" grey stone, then packed.

Removed all debris and weeds from front and side flowerbeds. Recut all bed edges and lifted all stepping stones and installed 6yds. of premium dyed brown triple shredded mulch; replaced all stepping stones. Client was having a major runoff issue to the left side of the house; as facing front; where natural slope of property, slope of side flowerbed and discharge of water at downspout all meet. We created a "dry" bed by first installing landscaping fabric along the entire length of side flowerbed edge. Next we installed 4" corrugated drain pipe along same; capped off top end. Finally we installed 2yds. of 2-4" Md. river rock.

When we were contacted, it had been several years since the play area and surrounding perimeter had seen any attention. Before we got started all play structures had to be removed from play area so the old, molding mulch underneath could be removed. We then went around the perimeter and replaced any rotting timbers and secured each with (3) 2' rebar. While doing so, repositioned any leftover existing timbers that did not need replacing; so properly aligned and level; and secured as well. Next we installed 25yds. of certified playground chips along entrance path leading to play area, outer perimeter of play area and play area itself. Finally we brought all the play structures back in and properly secured.
