In the season finale The Westport Project: A Web Series by Happily Eva After, Anita walks through the cabinetry, down to the exact cut of each wood species: clean vertical lines where we wanted minimal, knots and organic grain where we wanted warmth.

Minimalism done right is less about restraint and more about confidence… knowing what to leave out, and trusting the materials to carry the room. Here, the cabinetry skips hardware entirely, relying on a subtly beveled edge that doubles as a grip, leaving the grain to run uninterrupted across each front.

That kind of subtlety works best when the pieces around it are doing the real work. If you are leaning toward minimalist design and want your kitchen sparse and clean-cut, this is the formula… stripped-back cabinetry paired with fixtures and finishes worth a second look.

Our design team has loved working with clients drawn to this aesthetic, partnering with our craftsmen to bring those visions to life exactly as they imagined.
