Project Spotlight | Copper Ridge Apartments – North Arlington, NJ

We’re proud to be underway on a major, multi-year electrical infrastructure upgrade at Copper Ridge Apartments in North Arlington, as part of a broader capital improvement plan led by REGA (Real Estate Growth Advisors).

Copper Ridge is a 12-building garden apartment community, located right in the heart of Bergen County near Ridge Road. Like many established properties, upgrading electrical infrastructure is key to supporting today’s demands, and tomorrow’s needs.

Scope of work includes:
✔️ Electrical service upgrades across all 12 buildings
✔️ Modernizing aging systems to improve reliability and capacity
✔️ Coordinating closely with PSE&G, local inspectors, and equipment vendors
✔️ Phasing work carefully to minimize disruption for residents

The first of twelve services is now underway, with our crews on site handling utility coordination, inspections, and installation.

Projects like this go beyond construction — they require planning, sequencing, and teamwork across many stakeholders. We’re proud to be trusted with work of this scale and responsibility.
