Good Morning everyone,

Some of you may remember that we made the tough decision to close Spartan Structures last year. At the time, it felt like the right move for our family and our future.

But after some time, reflection, and a lot of conversations around the dinner table… we realized something…

We’re not done building.

Spartan Structures is officially BACK OPEN and ready to get to work.

This time around, we’re coming back even stronger. We’ve partnered up with a company I trust and have worked alongside for years, Gutter Worx. Together, we’re able to take on even more and make sure every project is done right from start to finish.

We’re now offering a full range of outdoor and general construction services including patio covers, screened-in porches, gutters, decks, fences, and just about any exterior project you’ve been thinking about.

One thing that sets us apart, we don’t just give you a quote and disappear. We stay hands-on throughout the entire building process, making sure everything is done right and exactly how you want it.

We are now booking jobs for the upcoming weeks, and spots are already starting to fill up.

Good afternoon everyone,

Unfortunately Spartan Structures LLC is closing its doors effective Friday September 5th, 2025. Other opportunities have presented themselves and it was a hard decision, but we feel it’s whats best for our small family owned business. Although we are closing up shop, we leave you in the very capable hands of a small company I have had the pleasure of working side by side with over the years. Tripp Smith with Gutter Worx LLC can handle all of your outdoor needs. Patio covers, screened rooms, gutters, you name it, they can do it. I’d like to thank all of our customers. Yall made this company what it is and we truly appreciate your trust and confidence. Thank you.

Free Estimates!

We just wrapped up this beautiful 910 SqFt patio! Matched the existing shingled roof to cover the entire width of the patio, then we added a 16x35 aluminum cover to top it off! The clients are now able to enjoy that gorgeous lake view under the shade!!

Hey everyone! I’m Sean Overholts, the owner of Spartan Structures LLC! We are a small veteran/family owned business! I started this business after serving 10 years in the Marine Corps. My life long dream was retiring from the Marine Corps. Unfortunately, after being hospitalized due to an extreme reaction from the first Covid-19 Vaccine, I was forced to separate from service.

I have always been a perfectionist and a hard worker. I have a beautiful wife and 2 incredible children that rely on me. I have been to school for carpentry and decided it was time to get back into it! I have a passion for creating beautiful structures! My family and I would love the opportunity to earn your business! We are currently doing custom lean-tos, sheds, pole barns, playhouses, shoot houses and chicken coops! We strive to be fair priced without sacrificing quality. Happy Father’s Day weekend! 🎣

Here is the finished product of a deck we built on a hillside in Millbrook. This gave the homeowners more entertainment space without sacrificing their yard!
