Roof Replacement. Removed existing 18Sq (2 Layers) of asphalt roofing from the entire house. Due to 3/8" plywood decking we removed all of the existing plywood & replaced it with new 3/4" Cdx Plywood. We Renailed everything, & installed GAF Stormguard Ice & Watershield to the entire roof deck due to low sloping. Followed up with new 8" Aluminum Drip edge on all eaves & rakes. All new pipe boots & galvanized exhaust vents. Finally we shingles it in with GAF - Roofing GAF Timberline HDZ Shingles.(Color) Slate. Then we topped it off with Gaf Snow Country ridge vent & new Ridgecap. All roofing debris was brought to Trojan Recycling. Shout out to DronesUp New England for the great photos.

Roof Replacement. Removed existing(14sq) 2 layers of asphalt roofing from the entire garage. Replaced 200ft of rotted roof decking, then we renailed the entire roof deck, & installed new Gaf TigerPaw Synthetic Roofing underlayment on the mansards, installed Gaf Stormguard ice & watershield on the top roof due to low slope. Roof Replacement. Removed existing asphalt roofing (40SQ 2 Layers) from the entire house & garage. Replaced 600ft of rotted roof decking. Renailed all existing roof decking. We then installed new GAF Stormguard Ice & Watershield on all eaves & valleys, around all roof protrusions. Remainder of roof decking was covered in Gaf TigerPaw Synthetic Roofing underlayment, followed up with new 8" aluminum drip edge & all new pipe boots & lead flashing on the chimney. Finally we shingled it in with GAF - Roofing GAF Timberline HDZ's in the color Pewter gray. New ridgevent & caps. All shingles were 6 nailed for added protection. Fire Restoration.... Rebuild....Roof replacement. Removed existing 17sq of asphalt roofing from the entire building. Rebuilt (4) 40ft roof trusses. Rebuilt & Repaired the entire right side gable end & installed new T-111 siding. Removed & Replaced 60 Sheets of plywood roof decking. Removed & Replaced 160Ft of 1×8 Pre-primed Pine facias & rakes. Finally we installed GAF - Roofing Timberline HDZ's in the color Charcoal. Cut & Installed new ridgevent for proper ventilation!! Roof Replacement. Removed existing 14sq of asphalt roofing from the entire house & shed. Removed & Replaced 5 sheets of plywood & renailed the entire roof deck. We then installed GAF Stormguard Ice & Watershielded on the entire roof deck due to low slope. Installed all new 8" aluminum drip edge on all eaves & rakes. Installed all new breather vents & a new flashing kit on skylight. All metal vents were painted to match new roof. We then shingled it in with GAF - Roofing Timberline HDZ's in the color Weatherwood. Installed new ridgevent fir proper ventilation. Existing Rubber Roofs were tuned up for maximum performance. Siding Replacement. Removed existing 20sq of cedar siding from the entire house. Renailed all sidewall decking. Installed new Typar Housewrap (seams taped) for proper moisture barrier & then we followed up with 1/4" fanfold insulation (seams taped) for additional heating & cooling savings & sound deading qualities. Then we fabricated & Installed all new Black aluminum trim on 14 windows & 3 doors. All soffit areas were coved in white vented soffit & then wrapped with black aluminum trim. 20ft vinyl super corner posts were used for a nice clean look!! We finished it off with CertainTeed Monogram Vinyl Siding in the color (Forest) & topped it off with new Black raised panel shutters.. Thanks to Rick from Tatem Electric for updating all the exterior lighting!!! Big Shout out to Ryan Building Products for delivering new 5" Seamless Black aluminum gutters...Also Thank you Lansing Building Products for the Vinyl Siding & Accessories!!🇺🇸💪🇺🇸💪🇺🇸💪🇺🇸💪

Roof Replacement. Removed existing 22sq of asphalt roofing from the entire house & shed. We renailed all existing roof decking. Then we installed 6ft Gaf Stormguard Ice&Watershield on all eaves, in all valleys & around all roof protrusions & sidewalls.. Remainder of roof decking was covered in Gaf TigerPaw Synthetic Roofing underlayment. Installed new 8" aluminum drip edge on all eaves & rakes. Install new pipe boots on all vent pipes. Fabricated & Installed a new cricket behind the chimney & installed new lead flashing on the chimney. Finally we'll shingled it in with GAF - Roofing Timberline HDZ's in the color (Fox Hollow Grey). All shingles were 6 nailed for added protection. 200ft of roof decking were also replaced, along with 175ft of facia boards & aluminum trim. Ryan Building Products delivered new 5" Seamless gutters & Downspouts & we installed them!! Beautiful new roof & gutters!! Shout out to DronesUp New England for the photos!!! 💪🇺🇸💪🇺🇸💪🇺🇸💪🇺🇸💪🇺🇸💪🇺🇸
