Take a look at this 👇

This is a xeriscape project, that we design and install. It looks lush, layered, and full of life. Not a sea of rock.

✔️ A diverse mix of perennials, shrubs, and ornamental grasses
✔️ Thoughtful combination of different rock sizes for texture and function
✔️ Mid-sized trees adding structure and shade
✔️ A small front lawn to maintain that classic curb appeal

Xeriscaping isn’t about removing beauty; it’s about designing with knowledge. You can have color, movement, and seasonal interest while still conserving water.

After a well‑deserved break, we’re back and fully recharged for 2026.

Our recent trip through Argentina and Chile was full of landscape, history, and inspiration. In Mendoza, Parque General San Martín, designed by French landscape architect Carlos Thays, stands as a powerful example of how landscape architecture transformed desert into a green urban system. The park and city rely on ancient acequias, still carefully maintained by city employees, giving Mendoza its clean streets, shaded avenues, and mature tree canopy.

The climate feels much like Colorado, dry and sunny, though winters are warmer. Flying into the Andes and seeing Aconcagua from above was breathtaking and unforgettable.

In Chile, we visited the coast, where massive hydrangeas thrive in the cooler climate, and spent time in Santiago de Chile, surrounded by colonial architecture dating back to the 1560s. So much history and beautiful landscape, an inspiring way to begin the year.

79° in Denver, the perfect fall day for planting!

Warm soil and cool air make ideal conditions for getting bulbs in the ground before winter. Today we planted Gabriella tulips and Grand Allium bulbs, using a drill with an auger bit, which makes digging quick, consistent holes and saves so much time (and your low back too).

Here’s why fall planting works best:

✔️The soil is still warm enough for roots to establish.
✔️Cooler air reduces stress on the bulbs.
✔️You’ll get stronger growth and earlier blooms in spring.

✔️Pro Tip: Space your bulbs about 4–6 inches apart and plant them two to three times as deep as their height.

✨ Patio Transformation ✨

A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of creating this beautiful new patio for our client’s backyard. The original concrete slab was small, outdated, and not functional for the way she wanted to enjoy her space.

We doubled the size of the patio using @ techobloc pavers that blend seamlessly with the home’s style, and added a wide landing step from the house for easy mobility and a welcoming place to gather. To finish it off, we surrounded the patio with evergreens and lush plantings, creating a space that feels inviting year-round. 🌿🏡

Now, our client has the perfect spot to relax, entertain, and truly enjoy her backyard.

Take a look at this evergreen privacy screen we installed back in 2020. In just a few years, it has matured into a dense, structured barrier that not only provides seclusion but also frames the property beautifully.

We hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July and enjoyed time with family and friends!

This year’s celebration was especially meaningful for us, as it was my first Fourth of July as an American citizen. Jonathan has been teaching me with so much love and pride about our country and helping me integrate into the culture.

We are so grateful to be part of this community and to share this special holiday with all of you!
