Meet Giacomo Baglio, President and Owner of Atlas Painting. For over 25 years, Giacomo has built his career in the coatings industry through hands-on experience, leadership, and a passion for helping clients bring their projects to life. Giacomo believes every successful project starts with trust, communication, accountability, and craftsmanship—that's why he remains actively involved in estimating, planning, and project oversight. Giacomo believes the best relationships are built face-to-face, not from behind a desk.
Meet Ryan Gallagan, Project Manager and Owner of Atlas Painting. Since 2007, Ryan has built his career in the coatings industry from the ground up—starting as a laborer, working his way into estimating, project management, industrial coatings, and business ownership. Ryan's expertise includes industrial coatings, surface preparation, and commercial estimating, and has earned his NACE Level 1 Coatings Inspector certification. What drives Ryan most is building strong relationships and helping clients find the right solution for their project. Ryan believes that success comes from continuous learning, attention to detail, and treating customers like partners, which has led to a reputation for solving complex coating challenges.
