EXPERT REMODEL CARPENTER NEEDED:
Looking for a very experienced carpenter. Very good package for the right person. Start immediately. We are looking for someone with higher end carpenter abilities. House framing knowledge and ability to handle different projects such as decks, additions, window installation, and can read a truss layout and install.

Must be punctual, have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Read a blueprint and understand the scope of the project.
Need to have good people skills as you are around our clients, subcontractors, co-workers, etc.
Must be able to physically do the task at hand. There is a lot of bending, walking, lifting, kneeling, etc.

White Bear Lake area Builder/Remodeler looking to hire for the following positions:

LABORER: ($23-$25/hour DOE) Most work is remodeling and new construction. Excellent pay and benefits. Start immediately. Assist in demolition work, assist in framing, setting windows and doors, wood flooring installation, job punch out at the end of a project, job site cleaning and organization. Need basic knowledge of power tools (need own basic tools), can take direction, must also have the ability to work alone at times when given a list of things to do.

Assist in wood flooring installations which includes using power tools (saws, nail guns, etc.)
Assist in demolition, framing and remodeling.
Assist in additions, framing, setting windows and doors.
Assist in deck, screen porch building.
Assist in job punch out at end, including installing all hardware and bathroom accessories, and closet shelving.
Must be knowledgeable in using power tools safely.
Keep all job sites very clean, inside and outside, on a continuous daily basis per job.

This house had an attached one car garage which we tore off and added on a master bedroom with an efficient handicap setup. Then we built the detached 2 car garage which sits in front of the house. Quaint little house on Bald Eagle Lake.
