The men of Duncan Contracting racking leads and beating the line in our hometown. This is a multi phase project with a raised patio that will get stamped concrete, grand 8' staircase, 4' staircase, and sidewalks. With a raised patio sonotube concrete pier supports are needed when there is alot of backfill, also grouted and rebarred block cells. Follow along for updates.

We completed this full chimney demo, toothing for window and door enlargement, removed brick off garage, window infills, installed block and brick for the new floor hieght with garage changing to a bedroom. We saved the splitface brick during demo for repairs and new garage. We appreciate the work.
