Scratches typically can be sanded out just like this back door area, water damage typically does NOT sand out.

Lighting in homes plays a huge factor on how it appears in photos, but this is a Early American stain on a Red oak floor! The hallway shows it's true color a bit better than the back door photo.

Expectation were exceeded on this project and I couldn't have been happier to with the results myself!

This fantastic customer took advantage of the chance to install flush mount vents while their floors were getting Refinished and they LOVE the outcome of the project.

Scheduling is in the works to get the steps refinished as well, that'll be their phase 2 of their home upgrades and we can't wait to work with them again!

With everyone on the same page that it is a patch job and will not match perfect, he gave the go ahead. By the next day I had him fixed up and ready for his tight schedule to continue on!

When I arrived at this historic building (First National Bank on the courthouse square in Springfield TN), the contractor overseeing the project asked me to lay a floating floor over these floors. After chatting I convinced them to let me try to save them first, and if we failed then we could go back to our original plan.

WOW is all I, He, and Property Owners could say!
