Position Available: Part-Time Laborer (As Needed)

What You'll Do:
- Taping and grinding floors
- Mixing epoxy
- Cleaning tools and prepping surfaces
- Handing out door hangers in local neighborhoods.
- Attending trade shows

This position is perfect for someone eager to explore their options and gain practical skills in a supportive environment. I’ll provide training and guidance to ensure you feel confident and set up for success.

Compensation: Pay will be discussed and you will be classified as a 1099 worker.

We're wrapping up a project that really pushed us to our limits. This concrete has been the toughest we’ve tackled so far. After a ton of prep work, we're nearly there. Tomorrow, we just need to scrape off the flakes and apply the Polyaspartic top coat.

For this job, we ground down the entire slab and applied a slurry coat to fill in the divots and low spots. Once that dried, we went back to fill in any remaining imperfections with our E4E crack filler. After that, we had to grind the slab again and give it a thorough clean. Finally, we laid down the moisture v***r barrier and broadcasted the flakes.
