Check out the latest update about the 2.2 MW single axis tracker system we're building in Berlin, VT. This is one three projects Norwich Solar will EPC (engineer, procure, construct) for Standard Solar. It is the first time the company has installed single axis tracker systems, and this is also the first project Laura Parkes has worked on for Norwich Solar since her hiring in June. She brings a wealth of solar experience to help this project go smoothly!

Recently our RunTime Solar team completed a rebuild of a rooftop asset in New Hampshire. During one of our seemingly recurring storms last summer, a lightning event fried electrical equipment in the building resulting in an inverter dropping out. Brodie, Forest, Tom, and Matt disassembled the array, installed new optimizers, and were able to get the inverter back into production. Kudos to a job well done!

Norwich Technologies, the parent company of Norwich Solar (EPC), RunTime Solar (O&M) and Norwich EV, is pleased to announce further diversification of operations for strategic growth and greater impact in the renewable energy sector, providing service under the new Breakaway Renewables company brand.

Historically the company had focused on vertical integration, working as the EPC contractor primarily on projects that it has Developed in-house. This new division strengthens the opportunities for the company to develop renewable projects for other companies' portfolios and opens up new opportunities to drive sustainable change in the industry.
