🚨BEHIND THE BUILD🚨

Meet Jessica!

For our final Behind the Build spotlight, we’re introducing someone who plays a pretty important role around here — Jessica, our Office Manager, wife of owner Greg, and the one who keeps us all on the straight and narrow! 😉

Jessica is the person behind so much of what keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. She keeps us organized, keeps us accountable, and somehow manages to keep all of us moving in the right direction!

When she’s not in the office, you’ll most likely find her enjoying time in Greenville, Maine, out on the boat, or spending time with her nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. But above all else, she cherishes the time she gets to spend with her kids and family. ❤️

We couldn’t think of a better person to close out our Behind the Build series. We’ve loved giving everyone a little peek at the people who make our company what it is, because at the end of the day, it’s the people behind the work that make the difference.

And now we want to hear from YOU! 👇
What series would you like to see us do next? Have an idea for something you’d like to see from our team, our jobs, or behind the scenes? Drop your ideas in the comments! We’d love to hear them! 🛠️

🚨Behind the build🚨

Meet Leah!

This week’s employee spotlight is a little extra special because we’re introducing Leah — our Marketing Manager and the youngest daughter of Greg and I ! ❤️

Leah joined our team about five months ago and has quickly made her mark behind the scene. She’s the person responsible for shining a light on our projects, showcasing the quality work our crews do every day, and—most importantly—introducing you to the people behind our success. If you’ve enjoyed following along with what we’ve been up to lately, chances are Leah had something to do with it!

And because apparently one job isn’t enough, Leah also works full-time as a bartender/server at a locally owned establishment, where she has spent nearly four years taking great care of her customers…and giving the regulars a hard time whenever necessary. 🤪

When she isn’t working one of her TWO jobs, Leah loves jet skiing in the summer, snowmobiling in the winter, photography, and spending time with her family.

We may be a little biased on this employee spotlight, but we’re incredibly proud to have Leah as part of our team. She brings creativity, personality, and a fresh perspective to our company—and she does a pretty great job making the rest of us look good on social media, too. 😍

Thanks for everything you do, Leah! We’re lucky to have you on the team—and even luckier to call you our daughter. 🩷🔨

P.S. I have a feeling Miss Marketing Manager may have some opinions when she realizes someone else took over her social media account today. Sorry, Leah — Mom had the keyboard!🫶

🚨Behind The Build🚨

Meet Tim!

This week, we’re introducing you to Tim! 👋

Tim has been part of our team for the past four years and is one of our hardworking carpenters. Day in and day out, he gives his time and skills to our company and our customers, helping bring projects to life and making sure the job gets done right. 🏠🔨

But when Tim isn’t busy on the job site, his most important job is spending time with his six children. ❤️ Family means everything to Tim!

When he gets some free time, you can usually find him enjoying the outdoors—whether he’s foraging for mushrooms to eat 🍄 or out tuna fishing 🎣🐟. Tim definitely knows how to stay busy both on and off the job site!

We’re thankful for the last four years, Tim, and for everything you bring to the crew! 👏

A little look at what I’ve been up to lately 👷🏻‍♀️🏗️

I haven’t posted a video of myself in a while, so here’s a little compilation from today’s job site adventures! From checking in on projects to seeing the progress firsthand, there’s never a dull day when you’re working in construction.

I’m lucky to get to be a part of bringing these projects to life—and I can’t wait to share more of what goes on behind the scenes! 🏠✨

🚨Behind the Build🚨

Meet Kaden!

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Kaden!

Kaden has been around the company for a long time — literally! He started going to work with his dad at just 12 years old and officially joined the company at 15. As the owner’s son, he’s grown up around the work and has learned the business from the ground up.🚧

Before becoming one of our dump truck drivers and equipment operators, Kaden spent time building and gained valuable hands-on experience in the construction field. He also attended vocational school for building and construction, further developing his skills and knowledge of the trade.

Today, Kaden puts that experience to work as a dump truck driver and equipment operator, helping keep our jobs moving and getting the job done. His dedication, work ethic, and years of experience make him a valuable part of our team. 💪

When he’s not working, you’ll most likely find Kaden spending time with his girlfriend Piper, hunting, four-wheeling, riding snowmobiles, or developing his property.🚜

Being the owner’s son means Kaden has been around this business his whole life, but he’s earned his place here through his own hard work. He’s the kind of all-around guy you want on a job site — whether it’s running equipment, driving truck, building, or simply stepping in wherever he’s needed. We’re proud to have him as part of the team and excited to see where his hard work takes him. ❤️

This is Behind the Build — the people who help make it all happen. 🫶

🚨Behind the Build🚨

Meet Tod!

This week, we’re putting the spotlight on Tod — our Earthwork Foreman and someone who has been a part of our team for years!

Tod is the kind of guy you can count on. His loyalty, dedication, and work ethic never go unnoticed. He’s often the first one here in the morning, ready to get the day started. His years of experience and commitment to the team make him someone we’re truly grateful to have around. 💪

When Tod isn’t on the jobsite, you’ll find him enjoying plenty of hobbies and time with the people he loves. He enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time in his garden, and keeping bees as a beekeeper. He’s also no stranger to the kitchen or the grill — Tod loves to cook and grill up something good for his family and friends. 🔥

And, of course, some of his favorite time is spent with his family — especially his wife, children and his new granddaughter, who has quickly become a very special part of his life. ❤️

Tod has given this company years of hard work, loyalty, and dedication, and we are very grateful to have him on our team!

Thank you, Tod, for always showing up, putting in the work, and being someone we can count on. We’re lucky to have you on the team! 👏

“GET ’ER DONE!” 🔨💪

And that’s exactly what we do. 👏 From the first board to the final detail, our guys are out here putting in the work and getting the job done right.

A little behind-the-scenes look at the crew doing what they do best.🫶🏡

🚨Behind the Build🚨

Meet Dan!

Dan wears many hats as our operations manager. Or as he likes to call himself, "Dan the Man."

Dan has been with us for many years, and throughout that time, he has shown an incredible amount of ambition, loyalty, dedication, and pride in everything he does. He’s the kind of person you can count on—whether it’s to get the job done, step up when needed, or simply be there when things get tough.

Dan has truly become our right-hand man and an important part of who we are as a company. His loyalty and work ethic have never gone unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he has given to us and our business over the years.

When he is not managing our operations you can find him soaking up time with his children, racing snowmobiles in the winter, playing co****le in the summer, or making people laugh pretty much everywhere he goes.

Around here, we have a saying that pretty much sums it up:

“Everyone should have a Dan.”

And we’re pretty lucky that we do. ❤️
