Check out the latest design project. Small kitchen in a 150 year old home. There are 2 possible design options as of now.
Design #1 (first 2 pics) uses 39" tall upper wall cabinets.
Design #2 addresses the taller then normal (104-3/4") ceiling height by using 30" tall cabinets with 15" tall cabinets stacked on TOP of the 30s to create a more custom look. The option for glass inserts in the doors of the upper cabinets is possible. With Design #2, it is possible for the crown molding to reach all the way to the ceiling, which in our opinion is always a better look. What do YOU think?

Here is the finished stone work on the house addition refresh project. LB Masonry, LLC took on the stone portion of the project, using ProVia products. We made the call to carry the window sill detail around the entire perimeter, instead of just under the windows. After the stonework was finished, we came back and completed the job by installing the AZEK brickmolding around the windows.

Here's a project we took on last week. It started with a call from a local plumber who went to reset a toilet for a customer, only to realize the floor was very soft underneath.

We got there, and found that there were 3 layers of floor effected by the water! So we removed the whole tile floor for access to the 2 layers of subfloor. Replaced them and installed our favorite Lifeproof luxury vinyl tile.

New exterior door install!

Check out the before pictures of how rough the old door was!

Not only was the door badly beat up, the original home builder never even closed off above the door, so it wasn't very airtight! All closed off now, and absolutely air and watertight.

Here's a basement entrance door install we did, commonly referred to as a "Bilco door".

The old one was rusted, leaking, and actually was driven over!

The new one is installed and 100% waterproofed, and will last a very long time.

Here's another project we just completed yesterday.

This customer had T1-11 wooden siding that begun to rot at the bottom. They decided they would like to have it repaired before it got worse, but also decided they would like to upgrade the appearance too. We decided on Provia stacked stone and stone sills. What you see here is the removal and replacement of the plywood, and the additional prepwork done to make the mason's life easier!

Basement windows are often looked past replacing, but they do NOT last forever! The basement window in the basement remodel was original to the house, the frame was rusty, and did not work very well, not to mention there was foam over it because it wasn't very airtight anymore.

We measured and spec'd out a custom vinyl window to replace the old steel framed window. We opted for a sliding style instead, as it causes NO interference with the drop ceiling elevation like the original window would have.

Not to mention being now airtight and watertight, this window allows plenty of natural light into the bedroom!
