Final wiring day!

We ran the last pit of 1" PVC conduit and ran all the wiring through to the hot tub. Exterior lights hung, recessed lights hung, 2 ceiling fans installed.

Here's a project we finished up last week. It is a decking project we were called in to remove the old deck boards, and replace them with brand new 2x6 pressure-treated boards. The customer is very pleased, and this work will increase the lifespan of the deck for many years to come.

Rough-in wiring job we just finished up!
There was a lot to do here, including layout and installation of 8 LED recessed lights, 2 ceiling fans, 2 spotlights, and running wiring for a future hot tub.

Once the contractor is done with their part, we can come back and complete the final wiring and hang all the fixtures.

Check out this double door we installed last week. Customer had a 30 year old door, and wanted an upgrade. We measured the old door and ordered a custom one to fit. The new door has blinds inside it, so no more wall mounted blinds are needed!

Water damage job!

This customer has had a leaking foundation wall issue for awhile, and had not realized it until a plumbing issue meant this wall had to be opened up. We replaced water damaged sill plates with new pressure-treated sill plates.

We're fully waterproofed and ready to tile.

Another step closer!

We had a very successful day today at the shower remodel job. Check out the framing on the back wall! All revised in order to fit a large shower niche! We will be installing a stainless steel shelf to make the most of the space.

We installed the 1/2" Schluter Kerdi Board. We got 2 coats of spackle on the new 5/8" ceiling drywall we hung yesterday.

Tomorrow we get the shower 100% waterproofed using all Schluter products. We will have the drywall all sanded out for the customer to prime and paint the ceiling over the weekend.

Back at the shower build.

Found the bathroom fan/light/heater to be failing, and the ceiling was not in the best of shape, so we made the decision to remove it all!

New fan/light/heater is now installed, shower bench is framed, and we can start fresh again tomorrow!
