✨🌿 WHAT A TRANSFORMATION! 🌿✨

If you saw our previous post when we first started this downtown Franklin landscape renovation, here’s the follow-up you’ve been waiting for!

What was once an overgrown landscape filled with weeds, debris, and plants that had long outlived their purpose has been transformed into a beautiful perennial garden designed for years of color and seasonal interest. 🌸🏡

We preserved select hydrangeas and arborvitae, removed the outdated drain tile, and created a natural creek feature that adds both function and beauty to the space. 💧🌿

The work doesn’t end when the planting is complete. Newly installed trees, shrubs, and perennials require consistent watering to establish strong root systems. To help our client get everything off to the best possible start, we’ve installed a temporary irrigation system to provide the frequent watering these new plants need during their establishment period. 🌱💦

We’re proud of how this project turned out and grateful for the opportunity to help enhance another beautiful property in the heart of Franklin. 💚

🌿✨ Front Landscape Refresh in Franklin!

We recently had the opportunity to return to a past client’s home in Franklin for a landscape update, and the transformation is beautiful!

One of the things we love is collaborating with homeowners to create a landscape that reflects their style. In this project, the homeowner played an active role in selecting the new plants, and together we created a completely updated look for the front of the property.

✅ Removed outdated plantings
✅ Installed new shrubs and perennials
✅ Added new mulch
✅ Enhanced curb appeal and overall appearance

It’s amazing how thoughtful plant selections and a beautiful layer of mulch can completely transform the look and feel of a home. We love helping our clients bring new life to their landscapes!

Today we kicked off an exciting Restoration Landscape project right in the heart of downtown Franklin! 🏡

This property has become overgrown with weeds, debris, and aging landscape materials, so we're giving it a fresh new vision. 🌱

🔨 Removing overgrown vegetation and unwanted materials
🌿 Preserving select hydrangeas and arborvitae
🌸 Creating a beautiful perennial garden with year-round interest
💧 Removing an old drain tile feature
🏞️ Building a natural creek element that will be both functional and aesthetically pleasing

We can't wait to bring new life, color, and character to this space while enhancing the beauty of one of Franklin's historic properties.

✨ Another historic property transformation complete by Restoration Landscape! ✨

We recently updated the beautiful brick patio at The Willard, giving this small yet heavily used space a clean, timeless look while preserving its historic character. 🧱🌿

From detailed brickwork to updated landscape beds and finishing touches, this project was all about enhancing the charm and curb appeal of this incredible property.
