Mold remediation + attic restoration complete 💪

This space had major moisture and mold issues, damaged plywood, poor lighting, and outdated insulation. We came in and completely transformed it while helping create a cleaner and healthier environment for the family.

✔️ Removed damaged plywood + insulation
✔️ Sealed problem areas with spray foam insulation to help prevent heat and moisture buildup
✔️ Applied RM mold treatment throughout
✔️ Installed new AC unit + dehumidifiers
✔️ Applied mold-resistant coating
✔️ Added new lighting to brighten the entire attic
✔️ Deep cleaned and reorganized the space

We’re happy to have been able to help the Laffite family not only restore this space, but also improve the overall air quality and help prevent future mold issues 🙏

Didn’t even get final-final pictures because we were so caught up admiring the transformation in person and staying busy moving onto the next projects. Very grateful for the continued support and trust from our clients.

This custom setup is being built to last using heavy-duty 18ga metal framing, Hardie backer, polished concrete countertops, and will be fully wrapped in beautiful stone veneer for a clean high-end finish and long-term durability.

This outdoor kitchen will feature:
• Built-in grill
• Side burner
• Flat top grill
• Mini outdoor refrigerator
• Sink
• Pig roaster

All premium appliances from BBQGuys have officially arrived and we’re about to start kicking and burning on this one. We’re very excited to bring our clients vision to life and create a space their family and friends will enjoy for many years to come.

Been a little quiet on social media because we’ve been busy behind the scenes 👀🔨

This project is ongoing as a full buildout from the ground up. We handled the interior framing, drywall, flooring, recessed lighting, paint, and trim work — and we’re not done yet. Still finishing up the window trim, cabinets, and pantry installation.

Big transformation on this one and excited to show the final result soon.

Hey everyone — Mike here, owner of RMC Construction LLC .

I’ve been around construction since I was young, tagging along with my father and learning the trade early on. By 16, I was working with him after school and during summers, and by 18 I was doing it full-time.

Over the years I’ve learned a lot — made mistakes, grew from them, and kept getting better with every job. Now at 23, I’ve stepped out on my own, taking on bigger projects and building something I’m proud of.

I’m not afraid to take risks or put in the work. Every day I’m focused on improving, doing things the right way, and building a company people can trust.

I also want to thank everyone who has taken a chance on me, especially being part of a younger generation in this industry — it truly means a lot and motivates me to keep proving myself through my work.

With RMC Construction, my goal is simple — deliver clean, high-quality work with clear communication and dependable results from start to finish.

We handle everything from concrete and framing to drywall, painting, trim, flooring, and full renovations.

This one had water damage that led to mold, so we took it all the way down to the studs and rebuilt it the right way. RMC Construction LLC ☎️912-833-2179

✅ Removed all drywall (walls & ceilings)
✅ Reinforced and repaired water-damaged framing
✅ Treated entire structure with RMR-86 mold remover
✅ Re-installed drywall (walls & ceilings)
✅ Reinstalled crown molding & trim
✅ Fresh paint on walls, doors, and window trim (oil-based semi gloss)
✅ Restored hardwood floors from water damage

We’re down to final touches now (clear coat + baseboards), but the transformation speaks for itself.
