This custom 40' x 90' horse barn shell for Luke and Brianne Gagnon is complete and ready for them to begin their DIY interior finish-out. Designed with both functionality and longevity in mind, this barn includes dedicated spaces for a wash rack, stock area, tack/lab room, and office, creating the perfect foundation for an equine facility.

Four months after the ice storm, we’re still receiving calls about damaged structures. On this project, the damage extended beyond the building itself—the existing slab was cracked and settling, so it had to be removed as well. Soon, this customer will have a new metal-framed shop built to stand the test of time and serve them for years to come.

From the craftsmanship to the custom details, every part of this 5 stall barn was built to create a functional space while still giving it a timeless, high-end look!

This barn features:
▪️Cinder block stalls with custom mesh fronts & partitions
▪️Dutch doors that not only add style, but ventilation
▪️Custom sliding barn doors with glass infill to let in natural light
▪️Wash rack
▪️Climate-controlled tack room complete with a laundry room and bathroom
▪️Tongue and groove woodwork throughout the interior and exterior of tack & feed room

This 12,500 sqft shop we finished a couple months ago will have an HVAC system so we made sure it was well insulated with 2” closed cell on the roof and 1” on the walls. We then finished it off with a clean white paint job.

This 1,254sqft, 2 bed, 2 bath house turned out sharp inside and out. The black-on-white exterior, and full-length porch give it that classic barndo look, while the interior keeps things bright, modern, and easy to live in.

• Plenty of kitchen cabinets with a large peninsula style countertop
