So talking about the front road which is our background photo. The curve of this road turned out to be good for the farm because it halted the erosion to the left of the road but the rainfall runoff now follows the road and is eroding a rut along the right side heading down to the entrance. There needs to be a culvert tube or two going from the right to the left side of the road at the top of that rut to slow this erosion to manageable levels.

This morning I filled the deepest ruts further up along the road with white slate rocks and some walkway paving (flat) stones that kind that break up easily when driven over to make there be fewer divots and ruts as you travel our dirt road.
