A few pictures of a disaster we were asked to complete. Apparently there had been three contractors and a sub-par Amish crew over a 4 year period to get it to the point we first looked at it. After undoing the wrongs and bringing the incompletes up to s***f we were able to put together the home that the customer has been waiting for. The next one is already underway!

We are happy to announce that T&T Craig Builders, Inc. has acquired the “ Lemmon’s Fresh” septic service and portable toilet rental business from John and Misty Lemmon as they have turned a page in their ventures and we have gladly added additional services to our current venture!

The transition has been very smooth and we are very grateful for all of the help and guidance we have received from them.

We were so busy this summer I didn’t even slow down to get pictures of all of our projects and progress!, but here is a quick look at some of what we’ve be working on. Barndominum project came together nicely, a quick deck project at an amazing property, lots of exterior improvement projects, concrete projects, and even enjoyed a little inside work during our first cold snap. Great weather so far this fall is definitely keeping production ( and morale) positive!

Winter was long, but spring has sprung and the nice weather has helped us make some good progress on a new home in the last few weeks! Now time for some finishes.

We took advantage of a (high of 39 degrees) warm-up and poured the concrete floor for a home project we are working on. Managed to get everything wrapped up without having to turn the lights on.

Couldn’t catch a break from the heat during the basement install, but had a perfect day to pour 4000 square feet of floor for a neighbor’s future home!

A couple little concrete projects wrapped up. We couldn’t catch a break with the temperatures over 100 degrees every day we poured, but it all finished out great! Lots of sweat and hard work from the guys to make it happen for sure.
