Had a report of a huge water leak coming from the water heater, it was leaking from the unit itself and the lines connecting on top. In order to make the repair, we first had to notify all the tenants of an emergency water shut off notice, then disconnect and remove both the washer, the dryer, and the door in order to remove the water heater and install a new one without causing any damages. Never quick, not easy, but we can get it done 💪

Got a call saying a few apartments were all backing up. We got there only to find their clean out was full to the top with small rocks, deliberately put in the drain from somebody else, children most likely. You name it, were seen it!

What was originally thought to have been a callback for stopping a leaky shower, actually turned out to be something different. The shower stem had a series of small screws drilled into it, not by us, and not to code, causing the part to fail and the back washer to be ripped apart, breaking the seal, causing the leak. Not only will we take photos and send them for the owners to see, but we will always be honest about who is at fault for these type of issues. If the tenants are at fault, they will hear about it. Just be responsible and be upfront, otherwise tenants will be charged gueranteed.

Homeowner reported a leak under the sidewalk in front of her home and called the city. The city responded that it was before the city connection, making the leak under the sidewalk homeowner’s responsibility. We never jackhammer the sidewalk, instead digging a hole going underneath the sidewalk to make our repair and backfill the hole. Side note, if you find you have a high water bill and the meter is spinning with all the water off I. The house, inspect your yard, if you have an extra green patch in your yard, you can bet you have a leak in that area.
