Just a glimpse of some of our recent projects we’ve been knocking out, along with many others I failed to take pictures of.

It’s been a hell of a week. All good things though.

Knocking them out one after the other. Here is the start to another one. Usually, you guys just see the finished product, but I wanted you to see the beginning as well. We do these kickback posts to save customers room and keep those nuisance posts out of the way near your home. Just one of many custom features we offer for customers that sets us apart from the other guys.
Our holes are deeper wider and more reinforced. Our welds are more reinforced. We overkill everything to ensure that you never have a problem. Remember, we build for the worst weather days of the year so you never have to worry. We never put the weight on your home even if we do attached to the facia. Facia are not designed to hold weight yet. You still see guys doing this all the time. Eventually, that takes us a toll on your home and can start cracking out Drywall and cause of the problems.

Knocked out another one this morning. This one is a single car 12 x 24.

This customer just come home from having a new baby while we were building this just in time for them to have protection for their vehicle and their little babies. Another satisfied customer and now headed to the next one.

There’s a lot more that you don’t see that set this apart from other builds. All of our structures are very robust, and we put extra attention detail and making it strong enough to withstand the worst weather days of the year.

Another happy customer gets to protect their ride and cut energy costs on their home. This cover blocks all that afternoon and evening sun, keeping lots of heat off the house.

Turned out another one today just in time for the customers to enjoy the shade in the summer heat.
A little rain don’t stop us. We got work to do.

Take note at the kickback posts to give this one a little extra pop, as well as keeping the posts out of the way, and not sticking out as a nuisance. Also take note that all the weight is not on your house like a lot of other guys do. These posts bear all the weight of the structure so no force or stress is ever put on your home. Don’t ever trust your face s**t to hold the weight of a structure attached to it because overtime he will stress it more and more and eventually have a cave in especially when you have the heavy snow and ice. We’re different for a reason.

It’s funny sometimes how one job turns into several
Of the same kind in a short period. This last week, one customer wanted a new fence, then the neighbor. Then another.

All the same color so it made it even better!

That’s three in a week.

Shops, patio covers and carports are the same. Knocked a single car out this week and now a 30x15 patio cover is in the works.

A little sneak preview of the final product for this customer out in Kamay.

I know her pictures will look way better than mine, but I had to give you a sneak preview of her new digs for the summer!! hot tub is installed. Water is balanced. The cover is complete and now it’s ready for them to enjoy.

Victoria Dulaney, when you take better pictures, please add them and tag us so people can see the real beauty behind this thing because I know your pictures are way better than mine!

This customer wanted a patio cover and a 3 car carport with a driveway extension. This came at the perfect time, right before the storms and summer heat moves in. They have already reported that their house has become much cooler from the shade the new cover provides, not to mention the protection for their vehicles they will have now.

Customer chose the color scheme and I have to admit after it’s done, it looks pretty snazzy!

While we were here, the neighbor next-door called us over to do a bid for a pergola job so we will be there next week to knock that one out!

Almost got this custom patio and hot tub cover tied up today and then the weather came right before we got our last piece of trim up. So a few minutes worth of work tomorrow and our part will be done, the electrician will slide in and finish up his part, then my gutter guy will pop in there and get that house style gutter up on that end so this customer can enjoy her brand new hot tub that’s about to arrive!

Everything done to the customer’s specification, and we even threw in a couple extra goodies at no extra charge.
