James Black joined the Gary Baker Construction 24 years ago as a carpenter. He was dedicated to the company, his co-workers and his family. James enriched our lives in so many ways. He was a truly exceptional man that loved to joke around and tease you but, if you were in need, he was always there to help in any way he could. James was an example of strength in times of adversity as he battled a long difficult illness. Making the best of the situation, he came to work with a positive and joyful attitude throughout it all. He was a cherished part of his work family and will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
