I usually don’t make posts about FAKE reviews, I understand that not every customer experience is going to be perfect and when we fall short, I genuinely want the opportunity to make it right. However, this morning I received a one star Google review with no explanation. After looking into the profile further, I noticed that this reviewer works at Orkin PEST CONTROL out of Lawton Oklahoma. I’m not interested in creating drama or speaking negatively about anybody or any company. I simply believe in being transparent with customers and community who have supported Big Jons Pest control over the years. If you have legitimately used my services and are unhappy I want to hear about it so I have the opportunity to make things right. I take my reputation of my locally owned business seriously. Reviews have a real impact on businesses, which is why I believe they should reflect genuine customer experiences. Thank you to everyone who can continues to trust us, recommend us, and support us. It truly means more than you know.
