Out with the old and in with the new. 🔥

We wrapped up this composite deck transformation and the difference speaks for itself. The old deck had definitely seen better days, so we rebuilt it with a fresh composite decking system, upgraded black railing, and a much cleaner, modern look that’s built to last.

This one completely changed the feel of the backyard and gave the homeowners a space they can actually enjoy without the constant maintenance of staining and replacing weathered boards every few years.

Huge shoutout to everyone involved getting this one knocked out. Projects like these are why we love what we do.

Starting a new composite deck for a client.

Caught Blake in an action… man was three feet down in the hole making sure we hit the right depth and yes, we made him climb back out before the concrete went in!

With utilities nearby, everything was hand dug to keep it safe and exactly where it needs to be. Took the time to get the layout right, depths checked, and footings poured and ready to go.

This is the part most people never see, but it’s what sets the tone for the whole build.

Framing is up next… this one’s gonna come together nice.

Busy is an understatement lately. We’ve been on the move nonstop getting projects knocked out and helping clients bring their homes back to life.

This past stretch we framed in a new wall to create a bedroom, giving the space more function and value. We also handled drywall from start to finish in multiple areas including a full bathroom and sections of a home, tying everything together clean and ready for the next phase.

There’s something satisfying about taking a space down to the bones and building it back the right way. Straight lines, solid framing, smooth walls. It all matters.

We’ve got more lined up and we’re staying after it.

Out of sight shouldn’t mean out of mind.

This crawl space had moisture issues, debris, and mold that needed to be properly remediated before anything else. We took it from a problem area to a clean, sealed, and controlled environment.

What we did:

• Mold remediation to safely remove contaminated areas
• Full crawl space encapsulation with heavy duty v***r barrier
• Installed new lighting for visibility and future serviceability
• Added a commercial grade dehumidifier to control moisture long term
• Cleaned and prepped the space to ensure a proper seal

Now this space is dry, bright, and protected. This helps prevent future mold growth, improves air quality inside the home, and protects the structure moving forward.

Ever feel like your lazy Susan isn’t really doing you any favors?

This client was tired of dealing with two old corner lazy Susans that wasted space and were difficult to use. We removed both units and replaced them with custom built corner shelving.

Not only is everything easier to reach now, but they actually gained more usable storage space inside the cabinets. A simple change that makes a big difference in how the kitchen functions day to day.

Sometimes the best upgrades are the ones that simply make your home work better.

New town → New chapter → Time to redefine the home.

I’ve been helping a client who just moved to Wichita get their place ready before they fully settle in. The bones are good! It just needed updating, reliability, and peace of mind.

Here’s what we’re tackling:
• Replacing old Formica with new countertops
• Updating dated light fixtures
• Installing new shut-off valves on every sink & toilet (preventative plumbing matters)
• Prepping bathrooms for fresh drywall and paint
