We wrapped up this massive flat roof project for a local media giant here in Wichita. When we first stepped onto this giant commercial roof, the deterioration was severe. The old materials were holding water, creating a constant source of frustration for the property owners. As you can see throughout the progress photos, the old system was heavily degraded by the decades trapped moisture.

We removed several outdated HVAC unit penetrations, pitched the roof with ISO foam to guide the runoff to designated drain points and laid anti-slip walkway pads for access. As a final engineering solution, our experienced crew built a custom-framed parapet wall around the perimeter to force positive water shedding, and capped it with architectural black metal flashing for a sleek, street-view aesthetic.
