𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
As a Concrete Foreman, you'll lead our teams in constructing concrete structures from footings to finishes. You'll manage projects, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with various stakeholders. Your leadership is critical in meeting project deadlines and maintaining high work quality.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Lead and manage concrete construction teams.
- Oversee project planning, ex*****on, and completion.
- Ensure all work meets industry standards for safety and quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Manage schedules, materials, and equipment usage.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Experience: Proven experience in concrete construction, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and technical proficiency in construction practices (e.g., blueprint reading, setting elevations, layout, concrete forms, finishing, heavy equipment).
- Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to pass drug test and physical.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work various hours and in diverse weather conditions.
- Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
