Continuing the transformation on this full home renovation, here’s the updated living and dining spaces.

This area was taken from dated and worn to clean, modern, and functional with:
• New ceiling texture throughout
• Full interior repaint
• Updated flooring
• New lighting
• Clean trim work to finish it out

If you’ve been following along, you’ve already seen the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms—this is another major step in bringing the entire home together.

🛏️✨ FROM “WE’LL JUST CLOSE THE DOOR” TO MOVE-IN READY ✨🛏️

The before pictures speak for themselves…
These bedrooms had seen better days.

Outdated finishes, worn carpet, and a look that just didn’t match the rest of the home.

So we brought them back the right way — with a little humor along the way 😄

🛠️ What we did:
• Removed all existing carpet (it was time…)
• Installed brand new carpet throughout
• Fresh paint to brighten each room
• Updated trim and doors for a clean, consistent finish

Now the result 👇

✔️ Clean, soft carpet in every bedroom
✔️ Bright, simple, modern feel
✔️ Spaces that actually feel comfortable and livable
✔️ Fully move-in ready

Went from:
👉 “we’ll deal with it later”
to
👉 “this room’s claimed already”

Bathrooms ✔️
Bedrooms ✔️

Everything in this home now matches — and it shows.

🚿THE BATHROOMS HAD TO MATCH THE KITCHEN… SO WE TOOK IT THERE 🚿

You saw the kitchen transformation on this flip…
There was NO way we were leaving the bathrooms behind.

Swipe through these before & afters…
This wasn’t an upgrade — this was a full rescue mission 😳

We walked into:
❌ Dark, outdated layouts
❌ Worn out fixtures and finishes
❌ Moisture issues + problem areas behind the walls
❌ Spaces that just didn’t flow or feel right

So we did what we do…

👉 Took it down to the bones where needed
👉 Fixed what most people would cover up
👉 Rebuilt all 2.5 bathrooms the RIGHT way

Now look at it 👇

✔️ Bright, clean, modern finishes
✔️ Tile floors that actually make the space pop
✔️ New vanities with black hardware across the board
✔️ Fresh trim, paint, and lighting
✔️ Walk-in shower with glass enclosure
✔️ Everything tied together to match the kitchen and the rest of the house

This is how you turn a flip into something people actually WANT to live in.

Not rushed. Not patched.

🔥 Kitchen Transformation 🔥

This kitchen needed some serious work when we first walked in.

So we got to it.

✔️ New cabinets
✔️ New flooring
✔️ Stainless appliances
✔️ Fresh paint and finishes

Big difference from where it started.

This is just one room from a full flip project, and there’s a lot more transformation to show from this house.
