We’re excited to welcome four dynamic interns to the LK Architecture team! This summer, two architectural interns, one architectural engineering intern, and one landscape architecture intern — all from Kansas State University — will be gaining hands-on experience across our studios while continuing to grow in their academic and professional journeys.

From team members joining us for the first time to a longtime returning student contributor who has been part of the LK team over the past four years, we’re proud to support the next generation of designers as they gain real-world experience, build connections, and contribute to meaningful projects throughout the summer.

We’re thrilled to have these talented ladies on board and look forward to a great summer together!

Fresh perspectives of a standout community destination.

Recently photographed by Essential Images / Milt Mounts, The Lodge at Andover Central Park continues to showcase the power of thoughtful design, collaboration, and connection to place.

Designed as a welcoming gathering space within Central Park, the facility supports events, recreation, and everyday community use while complementing the amphitheater and surrounding park environment.

We’re proud to have partnered with the City of Andover KS and Key Construction on this impactful project for the community.

We’re excited to welcome Lisa Baggett to the LK Architecture team! Lisa joins us as our new Accounting Clerk/Payroll Specialist and brings a fun, energetic spirit we know will be a great addition to the office.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys staying active, spending time with family, and relaxing with her dogs.

Throwback to one of our biggest mixed-use projects — Bay Street in Emeryville, California!

Completed between 2002–2006, this 1.25 million-square-foot urban village transformed a 26-acre brownfield site along the San Francisco Bay into a vibrant destination for retail, entertainment, residential living, and gathering spaces. Featuring an open-air shopping experience, a 14-screen theater, integrated parking structures, streetscape plazas, and even the “daylighting” of Temescal Creek, this project was truly massive in scale and impact.

From Wichita to the West Coast, our team helped bring this industrial-inspired, walkable community to life—proving great design can connect people, places, and possibilities.
