Nies Foundations, Wichita’s premier foundation solutions provider, seeks a dedicated Foundation Waterproofing Technician to join our ever-growing team. We specialize in residential foundation services.

JOB SUMMARY:
• Prepare trucks with the necessary tools and materials for each job.
• Execute installation and waterproofing tasks based on Nies Foundations' quality standards and methods.
• Ensure the safe operation of tools and equipment.
• Support the company's mission and values through exceptional service.

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, and TALENTS:
1. Previous experience with tools and waterproofing equipment is preferred.
2. Capability to follow detailed instructions and protocols.
3. Possess the following personal traits:
• Attention to Detail
• Quick Learner
• Adaptability
• Positive Energy
• Integrity

Responsibilities:
• Load trucks with materials and tools.
• Prepare job sites to ensure customer property is protected.
• Perform foundation waterproofing according to company guidelines.
• Always adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Clear motor vehicle record check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Experience or interest in learning about foundation waterproofing.

Benefits:
• Competitive hourly wage, with pay based on experience.
• Health and Dental Insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00/hour and up, based on experience.
Schedule:
• 8-hour shift plus overtime if required to finish a project on time.
• Monday through Friday
• Work is primarily in the Wichita metro area.
