On a walkout pit lot like this, every inch matters—
✔️ Elevations have to be exact
✔️ Drainage has to be planned before concrete ever shows up
✔️ Water has to be told where to go (or it’ll decide for you later)

It might not seem like an important or necessary expense… but it’s one of the most crucial parts of the entire build process. 🪏

This oversized wet room is all about the details. Our client came to us with a very specific vision, and our team is putting in the time it takes to get it right — from multiple mitered edges and custom niches to linear drains and precise layouts.

This space will feature a soaker tub, rain head, dual shower heads, and body jets, all seamlessly tied together through detailed tile craftsmanship. Stayed tuned for the final reveal 🫶🏼
