We recently completed this beautiful, if somewhat difficult, roof on Faulkner in Riverside. We used calculations from a ventilation lab to determine the exact dimensions of soffit and ridge vents necessary to provide optimum attic ventilation, thereby reducing heating and cooling costs. We also had to utilize a snorkel lift to reach one difficult corner where the fence made ladder access impossible. This is all part of providing the customer with the best possible roofing product.
