These are morning glories, my dear friend
Mr. JP, planted a couple of years back at 16 acres. He passed away earlier this year from Covid and under lying health issues.

He was like a Grandpa to me, always had time for me, when my late wife, was in hospice and after passing. As of 3pm Wednesday July 14th, 2021, I was permanently laid off and dismissed from 16 acres. After 13 years and 4 months of dedicated service.

My job has been outsourced.
Because they are non profit ( my ass) ,they do not compensate people for their earned vacation and sick time. I had over 70 hours vacation time and over 100 hours of sick time.

The current CEO, was brought in by the last CEO, whom ran the place into the ground, and the current CEO, is proceeding to kill and bury 100 plus year old Senior Health Care Facility.

They closed the medical pavilion and told the residents they need to find a new place to live.
They gave up their Medicare Medicaid licenses because they weren't making any money, they were losing it. But the independent and assisted living remain open. Why are Seniors charged $3,000 to $8,000 dollars a month, for mediocre apartments, second rate , horrible food services and crappy maintenance. They have done nothing but cut services and activities for the residents, this started long before the pandemic.

Yet through all of this most the administration, has had salaries anywhere from $40,000 to almost $200,000 , while the lower level staff , such as myself had nothing but one, 1% raise in 4 years. And the former CEO, Threw away over 2 million dollars on marketing companies and paid himself a ridiculous salary.

I have told the current CEO and CFO, that if they paid their good, hard working, loyal, lower staff members a respectable living wage and respectable cost of living wages and treat the Residents and their Families, like Kings and Queens, they would never have to pay for marketing and advertising. Everyone would want to work and live there. But what do I know, I'm just a former low level staff member, with a couple of college credit hours and no degree.

Tell me why, CEO's and administrators of not for profit companies get extremely high salaries, and the lower level staff that do all the real work, get s**t on and paid almost nothing.

I pray for my displaced residents and pray for the ones still living there and for the other lower level staff members still there. Beware your days are numbered, they will outsource your jobs and or go out of business completely.

It's sad how narcissistic, rich, greedy people, take advantage of good workers and Senior Citizens.

May the administration, see the true horror of their actions and may Karma give them what the truly deserve, in abundance.
So mote it be!
