As construction progressed on the Cathedral, more detailed investigations confirmed that the underlying substrate of the dome’s lantern required complete replacement. We are currently replacing the structure to its original design while incorporating several modern improvements to ensure its longevity.

It’s been a busy summer in Augusta!
We’ve been wrapping up Phase 1 of the bond projects at Augusta Middle School, Garfield Elementary, and Lincoln Elementary while kicking off Phase 2 at Augusta High School and Ewalt Elementary.
A lot of progress, a lot of moving pieces, and plenty more to come. We’re excited to keep building for Augusta students and staff!

The new Hutchinson YMCA provides a welcoming space for people of all ages with aquatic amenities, gymnasiums, fitness areas, family programming spaces, and more. We’re proud to be part of a project that will make an impact in Hutchinson for years to come.

We're excited to partner with McPherson Public Schools and help bring these projects to life!

We're excited to take the next step in bringing the 2026 bond projects to life!

At today's special meeting, the McPherson Board of Education approved Simpson Construction as the district's Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) partner. Following a competitive qualifications-based selection process, Simpson Construction will work alongside the district and incite Design Studios to help plan and deliver the projects approved by voters in the 2026 bond election.

Progress in Salina! We’re making strides at the Salina Presbyterian Manor campus. Construction on 29 new villas is nearing completion, while renovations to the existing building continue to enhance community spaces throughout the campus.

At the same time, the new wellness addition is taking shape, featuring a pool, fitness center, salon, locker rooms, and therapy gym.

We’re excited to see these spaces come to life and the impact they’ll have on residents for years to come.

A packed parking lot says it all! Huge turnout for the grand opening of the new Hutch YMCA. We’re incredibly excited to have been a part of such a big win for the community!

Indian Hills Animal Clinic’s new 14,000 SF facility was built to make visits easier, calmer, and more comfortable for both pets and their owners. With separate spaces for dogs and cats, outdoor turfed play and relief areas, advanced treatment spaces, and plenty of room to grow, the new clinic brings everything together in one welcoming location designed around quality care.

Future builders got a front-row view of the Cathedral re-roof project. We had Bishop Carroll Trade Academy out and took them 135 feet up for a firsthand look at the work in progress. It’s always great to give the next generation of skilled trades workers opportunities to experience it up close.
